I was placed on paid leave roughly 2 weeks ago for an allegation made by someone that I was neglecting the kids in my classroom. Pretty sure it was a former staff member. There are several staff members in my room.
I was placed on paid leave roughly 2 weeks ago for an allegation made by someone that I was neglecting the kids in my classroom. Pretty sure it was a former staff member. There are several staff members in my room. I am never alone. I had my meeting with HR, was asked questions, I provided them with some background information and info about how my room runs. I have heard nothing. I am not in a union state, but did call our teacher advocacy group who said no news is good news. Has anyone come back after a situation like this?
