There is a teacher at my school that is getting put on a plan as a disciplinary action. I am the building union representative who is in the meetings. I am looking for ideas of what could be put on the plan that isn't going to make it harder for the teacher. The teacher is being told that their reactions, voice and facial expressions, and what they say has been harmful to students. These are reports from parents and students. From what I understand, this teacher is no nonsense, strict, and holding students accountable. So, what are some examples that can be added to a plan that would be helpful for the teacher?
