As the summer months drag on, one group of Knox County teachers is getting a head start on the upcoming school year. A Christmas in July drive has kicked into high gear, with local residents and businesses rallying around the educators to help stock their classrooms with much-needed supplies. Organizers say the drive, which runs through the end of the month, aims to provide teachers with the resources they need to create engaging and effective learning environments for their students. With the new school year just around the corner, the support of the community is expected to make a significant difference in the lives of Knox County's young learners.
