My husband and I were watching something on YouTube (can't remember what it was but the segment was referencing a new report). it was basically implying that standards for testing with students is being brought down because students can no longer achieve the scores needed to pass the standardized testing. I really hope this makes sense I'm not always that great with words but basically I was just wondering is this true. are they really lowering the expectations of students today because the current expectations are too much?
