After taking care of mother for 18 months of stage 4 cancer and working at the same time bc of my stupid “loyalty” to the school. When she passed i hated going back into the classroom. It was a daily reminder of how i prioritized my job over the last months with my mom. I hate myself for it. Long story short I’ve recently been terminated. But I can go back in August. I have no idea how I can afford my home and life for the next 5 months. Ppl say oh just get a job until August. but here’s the thing. I’m broken. I don’t wanna go begging for some job.
