We return from spring break tomorrow and it's honestly taking everything in my soul to return tomorrow. I'm at a school with difficult admin and I've already been non-renewed. And by difficult admin I mean they do not enforce school rules and they enable bad behaviors. This school already deals with difficult behaviors and they are spreading. Students enjoy getting sent to the office because they just get snacks and no repercussions. it's my first year teaching and all my love of it has already been taken away and I've already started looking at ways out. Only thing I want to return for are the connections I have made with some of the students. but it's hardly enough to get me up tomorrow morning.
