A few weeks ago, I shared a history photo-mapping game I built for fun. I didn't expect it to go anywhere, but l've been flooded with requests from teachers to turn it into a specific classroom tool. I've spent my week adding features they asked for: • No student logins/ads (to keep it GDPR/Privacy compliant). • A live leaderboard for class competitions. • CSV exports so you can just grab the scores and move on. I'm a solo person doing this (not a company), and want to make sure I'm not building 'feature bloat.' If you use digital bell-ringers: What is the one thing that usually makes a tool 'un-usable' for you on a Monday morning? I'm trying to keep this a clean 'Sunday Breather' resource.
