I used to teach third grade and have been home mostly since having my first child. I tutored part time, substituted, and was an aide for a bit. I'm thinking of going back to work as a teacher but worry about managing my kids activities and life in general and teaching. We have three kids 8, 5 and almost 2. My husband sees no urgency in going back and thinks I should wait until our youngest is 3/4. I miss teaching but also worry about managing it all.
