I've worked at two Title I schools and both have not been able to get their tech issues together. There's never a tech specialist hired and when there is, it's only one for a population of 400 or more. We have Smart TVs but those hardly work either. How are you supposed to engage these screen addicted kids without sufficient tech in the classroom?
