I started teaching 2 months ago and was so excited but that had quickly shifted. My principal who is a first year principal has had a vendetta since day one and has made my job unbearable. I’m the 4th teacher in this position this year and I’m at a loss when they seem to really have it out for me. I’ve been observed 11 times in 10 weeks with hyper criticisms and i feel like they’ve been attempting to build some case to have me removed.
