Scared I’m burning out again

I burned out from teaching in 2023 after 5 years, and took some time off to take care of my grandma on hospice. After she passed away I took a part time job as an elementary librarian. I’ve been here 2 years and I find myself repeating the patterns of not taking care of myself, counting the days til breaks, and snapping at the kids. I’m worried that no matter what I do in education I’ll never be able to sustain it. I’m scared because I feel like this is the only job I can do.
