I teach in a very rough school. 2 students in my class get into frequent physical fights and I have them on different sides of the classroom. Student A asked to go to the bathroom. I said yes. As soon as he left the classroom, student B asked to go. I said wait until student A comes back. In the past they've had fights in the hallway. Student B wouldn't accept this and yelled "I will get your ass fired! Let me leave". I told him to be quiet and wait. Student A came back. Magically, student B didn't need to go the bathroom anymore. This happened in the morning. After lunch, the assistant principal came to my classroom and asked me to apologize to student B. I asked why. He said student B felt that I refused to let him go to the bathroom based on his race (black). I said no way and I gave my reasonings.
