so it is my first year teaching. ive had a really hard time, even admin said this is “the worst second grade class they’ve had”. i have students screaming at the top of their lungs and ive had one kid hit me more than once and there’s more than that but just to give you an idea. and there is no support at all. anyway, like the title says, they started putting a sub in my room last week and they have one in my room for this whole. no one told me anything about it and still no one has said anything. today the sub told me that on the site where she signed up it said “vacancy” so she thought there wasnt a teacher. im going to bring it up to admin today now at this point but just want some advice on what to say, and also if this has happened to anyone else?? thanks!! submitted by /u/ohpossumohposssum [link] [comments]
