I got in trouble for the most minor things while her favorites got to get away with anything they wanted. I intended to just stick it out the rest of the year considering it’s April, but I finally threw in the towel and put in my resignation. I am so sick over it because even though I know all the issues she had with me were all because she didn’t like me and I was completely defenseless to fight against her. In Texas, we have no unions or anyone to help represent us. It’s us against them and no matter what, admin will always have the final say. It destroyed my trust and faith in administration and killed my confidence in teaching.
