So tomorrow afternoon, myself and the majority of the teachers at my campus are meeting up to discuss our problem. Our union rep is going to be there as well. We're going to discuss the fact that all of us are being forced to change grade levels to appease and assistant principal who is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I mean this woman is useless. She's not only useless, but she is dumb. If she was a movie, she'd be RoboCop 3. That's how bad this woman is. The plan right now is to decide how we're going to confront our assistant principal and our principal about this. I'm sure our union rep will want to go through the union, but a direct method is more my style. Plus our Union's strength waxes and wanes and are therefore not the most reliable.
