I have seen an IEP that had so many accommodations no sane human being could follow it. Twenty-three separate accommodations and a 50% reduction in testing options, plus additional retakes with untimed and unlimited teacher notes. So our tests are done electronically, and this student has a 50% chance on each question, but can retake essentially indefinitely. No cog, just EI. and it's too much for him to get up at 9am.
