Don’t want to give details for everyone’s privacy, but yes, this is true. The last two people quit. I was mislead and originally thought I wasn’t being placed in their role, but it’s clear I’m doing that same job just without them officially saying it. Maybe if the last two people quit mid year, you should offer more support! I have a job interview Monday and if I I get it, I am putting my two weeks in immediately. Can’t say for privacy. But the situation is AWFUL. There are kids I do feel bad about leaving mid year, but if I don’t quit I would end up on leave anyway. Don’t have the money for unpaid leave. New job it is. submitted by /u/LexiHullEnthusiast [link] [comments]
