Recently, I’ve been reading up on all these teacher strikes, and all the different tactics, but I have a genuine question. What happens when the strike is over? Now this isn’t me being anti-union, but how do people who are in the union striking and the people who have to work during the strike? You have two separate groups of people who have different thoughts and beliefs, yet when the strike finally ends, those two groups of people have to go back to working with each other.
